How are you interacting with your end users these days?

End Users have high expectations these days. In my experience for the last couple of years It has grown out of proportion. Things change because everyone brings in or works from home with their own devices. It is getting harder and harder to support everyone the right way. Also wrong expectations can result in user frustration. For example, if an employee-owned device breaks, what’s the expectation for a timely repair? What is their home internet is down during the day?

In the Netherlands more and more people work from their homes and on the road from their own devices connecting to the corporate network thru VPN/ / VMware View or XenDesktop session.

I would be very interested to see how you interact with your end users these days and maintain that high service level even with them working from home and/or on their own devices?
